Brantu is hiring an Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of the company. The Operations Administrator's responsibilities may include answering the phone, keeping track of inventory, maintaining financial and client records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.

To be successful as an Operations Administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch operations administrator should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely and coordinating with Finance, Design, Sourcing and Production departments.
• Managing and updating company systems to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Manage listing of materials on the system to highest level of details.
• Keeping track of material inventory by creating the receive and consume on the system.
• Ensure the stock levels are accurate on the system.
• Track and manage bill of material and support design team to fix those issues.
• Create daily reports.
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work with systems
• Very good English language both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication skills
