As Production Operation Associate act as the point person between internal staff in a design company and the external factory production. monitor stock levels, place production orders, and ensure that production can run smoothly.

You should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a keen interest in garment production and be willing to learn about production planning, critical path and liaising with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Revise P.O. material aggregation with sourcing team.

Handle internal preparation with design team - samples and patterns.

Prepare fabrics for printing and revising art works files.

Prepare poly bags and shipping to manufacturers.

Handle manufacturers requests.

Update the system in use according to the pre-agreed process.

Handle cancelation requests with sourcing and designing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or similar diploma

2—4 years of previous experience in a similar field.

Excellent team player.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to use systems.

Proficient in MS Office.
