Job Purpose:

Your objective is to ensure that BRANTU’s platform content is accurately created and managed on the internal Catalogue Management System (CMS) which feeds our online catalogue. Quality creation and continuous administration is key to maximise customer interest and sale.

Responsibilities:

• Receive seller SKU descriptions and sample lists from Catalogue and Category management and validate their compliance with BRANTU’s CMS requirements
• Generate and manage inspiring quality content needed for products and brands launching on BRANTU’s platform, ensuring consistency with style and tone throughout all product descriptions
• List confirmed items in line with internal guidelines and prepare product sheets for uploading on CMS in alignment with Catalogue Manager
• Ensure content upload pipeline and schedule KPIs are adhered to
• Report any identified discrepancies in seller sheet and products to the Catalogue Manager
• Daily review and audit on CMS, updating listed items as required
• Ensure product information is correctly described, consistent & coherent with internal guidelines and contracted seller promises
• Support in catalogue shoots and editing if required
  

About You:

• A bachelors' degree holder in Economics, Statistics of Business Administration
• 1 - 2 years of experience with data tracking, validation and analysis
• Strong MS Office skills; specifically in Excel
• Have a strong eye on detail and are able to prove that when we talk!
