Job Purpose:

As BRANTU’s Content Manager, you are a passionate individual who enjoys planning and being one step ahead at all times. You’ll be managing creative production that leads to maximising content interest from a customer experience and perspective and convert this from interest to sale. Your sales mindset will also convert the Creative department into a profit-generating center by positioning BRANTU’s content management solutions to brands and sellers. Your goals are high and you have the ability to work in a high-speed environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team, as well as, take your own initiative are characteristics we value highly.



  • Develop, manage, and execute the editorial strategies within to increase interactions and lead generation across all BRANTU’s messaging platforms
  • Generate and manage inspiring quality content needed for products and brands across assigned categories
  • Develop articles/media posts/blogs/newsletters/etc in-line with BRANTU’s branding messages, how-to guides, hot trends, etc
  • Establish content concepts and creative ideas for Catalogue content by create fashion edits to be displayed on BRANTU’s platforms
  • Promote and upsell BRANTU’s content management solutions to external entities by engaging with brands, understand their requirements and promoting the inspiring quality content we have on offer
  • Manage the overall editorial production and posting schedule in line with BRANTU’s process standards and guidelines
  • Stay abreast of the industry and actively research the editorial stories through internal and external sources
  • Focal point in planning and execution editorial campaigns as per BRANTU’s promotional priorities; responsible for the planning and execution of Micro and Macro Campaigns
  • Responsible for end to end operational cycle for both commercial and lifestyle shoots; including but not limited to budgets control, reporting and quality
  • Scout for locations, models, making collaborations with other companies, booking flights and much more!
  • Working closely with the Category and Visual Merchandise teams, ensure content is displayed according to the collection and up to the brand standard.


Skills & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or creative discipline
  • 6-8 years of experience within project management within fashion/lifestyle, creative production and/or media industries
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work across departments managing complex cross functional tasks
  • People management experience
  • A critical eye for detail
