Job Purpose:

As BRANTU’s Marketing Analytics Lead, your main role is to identify consumer patterns and segments to deduce new assortment and marketing opportunities. You will, in close cooperation with functions, provide insights and analysis that identifies and grabs additional growth and optimizations within our marketing activities.



  • Analyze marketing funnels, customer intent and market data to understand BRANTU’s customer base.
  • Measure and understand the impact of online and offline marketing activities.
  • Build and execute onsite and offsite consumer surveys to collect consumer data.
  • Lead the efforts to segment existing consumers and newly acquired customers.  
  • Work with Demand & Pricing Team to ensure Consumer Brand Fit to give the best assortment for the optimum segment.
  • Report on marketing KPIs, eg. New customer acquisition, intent, awareness, site traffic, ROAS, etc.
  • Support each marketing channel owner in the development and understanding of their channel’s contribution to the overall business performance.
  • Support decision making on marketing investment and channel-level budget allocation based on commercial objectives.
  • Recommend website and channel optimizations.
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects - Google Ad Tag Manager, Google Big Query, Tableau or similar data visualization software, automation software, social media scheduling, etc.
  • Build product pipeline with the Tech department to ensure continuous development for marketing tools.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Informatics,with focus on quantitative/engineering and business disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience as an Analyst, with at least 2 years experience within marketing.
  • Highly logical and evidence-based decision maker.
  • Confident user of Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • High degree of expertise with SQL, object oriented or scripting experience a plus.
  • Experience with attribution models that go beyond digital last-click (eg. MMM, fractional distribution, etc.)
  • Mongodb, Elastic Search is a plus.
